[Recruitment] Himachal Pradesh Staff Selection Commission HPSSC Vacancy for Various Posts 2018 Advt 34-1/2018 June Apply Online

Online Applications are invited for direct recruitment of under mentioned categories of posts using the website of Himachal Pradesh Staff Selection Commission i.e. http://www.hpsssb.hp.gov.in. The online application can be filled up from 05.07.2018 to 04.08.2018 till 11.59 PM, thereafter website link will be disabled. The candidates are strictly advised to apply online well in advance to avoid rush during closing dates of submission of Online Recruitment Applications. No offline Application Form
will be accepted by the Commission.

The downloaded copy of the online application form along with necessary original certificates and self attested photocopies must be brought at the time of documentation/Evaluation for 15 marks.




ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATION(S) AND EXPERIENCE:

Date for determining eligibility of all candidates in respect of Essential Qualification(s) and Experience, if any, etc. shall be the prescribed closing date for submission of On Line Recruitment Application Form (ORA) i.e. 04.08.2018 till 11.59PM.

 Age: The minimum and maximum age limit of 18 to 45 years will be reckoned as on 01-01-2018. The upper age limit is relaxable by five years for candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe and Other Backward Classes, Persons with disabilities & Children/Grand Children of Freedom Fighters of Himachal Pradesh. The upper age relaxation is also available to Ex-servicemen candidates of H.P. as per provisions of relevant rules/instructions of H.P. Govt.

      76 se upar safe hona chaiye .
      Cut off should be around 75-76.
      Paper was easy if u look at standard of NT of previous year.
      Pichli bar se 6-7 number upar hi jaayegi. Last year around 68 thi . Is baar ka khud hi dekh lo.

    There is written "or" in between hindi and english typewriting......so does this mean ; we need to qualify in any one of them.

    My point is....if we need to qualify in both language typewriting .. .than they should have used "and " instead of "or".....plz share ur views

      Candidate is required to qualify in any of the mentioned languages. If you opt for english then 30 wpm and if hindi is opted then 25 wpm. This is what I have learned from some of the candidates and from the conjunction OR between Hindi and English one can interpret it as either hindi or english, not both.

      See th thing is that geography is scientific type of subject but it is diferfent from science subject if you will use the logic of zoology ,botany or medicine that would not work here you should be with particular facts of geography in optional subject ...and it is not tradition that particular subject would not perform well ..it indictaes you did not prepare subject well... Its not like that you did not study geo at 10+2 level or graduation level and you imagine that you would satisfy professor of grograpby ..and see this would not change untjll the professor who checks HPAS geo optional paper would got retire

    Now this is a very serious issue. Geography marks are not being awarded upto the mark.even people who have got good marks in upsc are not getting good marks in hpas geo optional.what about other subjects like sociology .pub ad etc.?

      Moreover they have received complaints regarding finishing mains before winters

      We do not have to attest the photograph. You have to fill the form, paste the photo , sign on two places in the form ... One in the application form and other in the posts prefference.. Send application form plus preference post plus matric certification showing dob plus degree certificate or its marksheet . Also send the bank draft along with these to secretary, shimla

      please don't misguide people with trends of 1 year marks . in 2016 out of 60% of selected candidates had geography as optional . yes last year geography marking was low highest was around 120 and with good gs score people have reached upto HPS . last year trends are no guarantee of ensuing year trends . 2016 mein socio was fucked and last year they are among toppers . My advice : if your is geo then keep geo if yours is socio. then keep socio . you never know iss saal kaunsa chalega ...... dont run after toppers optionals .

    The HP SSC Hamirpur has advertised the posts of JE (Civil) with Ed. qualification as Diploma of 3 yrs. The R&P Rules provide it as minimum qualification. This means that any person having higher qualification can also apply. But there is confusion amongst the aspirants who may be B.Tech. Clarify.

      There is nothing wrong with hppsc. Those who scored less and got selected might have gain few marks as per revised answer key which they will upload in few days. So the 79 will come to 77 and 76 will go up to 78 .
      Its simple .
