    Khadubhai plz clear one thing...suppose there are 3 seats in general category and three in obc.out of three general 2 are filled as general and one as obc against general and 2 obc are filled as obc.now 3rd obc seat will be filled with obc or general?? If filled with obc it means 4 obc are admitted and one general is in loss??..plz clarify..

      If other category candidates score more marks than general then they get general category seats and obviously general seats goes to everyone, nowadays they mention such seats UNRESERVED seats. But in reserved categories U only fill the mentioned seats otherwise seats are vacant. They can't fill OBC, SC, ST seats if capable persons are not found. But In unreserved everyone can get a seat.

      that's exactly is my problem those at the receiving end never pick the phone..nor email are answered...at times we curse HPPSC but guys they at least reply back..may be some overhaul is required but still they are far better than other ( UGC). Khadubhai reply ke liye shukria..behtreen kam kr rhe hn ap...bhut umeede hn apse..we never pat your back ..jabki free service h apki ..

    I have decided to prepare for HAS 2017. I have no guidance regarding the preparation and really new to it. I have decided to join coaching classes for that. Should I go for IAS coaching or for HAS coaching.
    Secondly iv decided for a weekend course, how effective are they?
    Please suggest a good coaching institute in Chandigarh also
