    president,pm,supreme court,lokpal,lokayukta any other body hai kya jo kuch kar sakta hai? no no because its comission discretion.

    we have to clear the cutoff of both the pre.( aptitude & General awareness) exams individually or it's the total of both the exams.

      We need to score at least 33% in aptitude ie 67 marks. Then our general awareness paper will be checked Which will decide the merit. In aptitude marks may matter in case of tie of marks in GA paper. So main focus should be scoring high marks in GA n qualifying Aptitude with average marks.

    why should outsiders be considered on same par as state candidates ? every state does this, himachal is not an exception. u want akhand bharat clear IAS exam.
