Latest notification From SSC – SSC Age Limit Has Been Increased for the Post of
E and G .
The SSC has said that for now, the age limit of 18 to 27 years will stay. The new age limit of 20 to 30
years will be effective from the 2017.

Interview component has been dispensed with. There will, therefore, be no interview.

- SSC-CGL exam, the age limit for general category was 27 years.
- Now
for selected post, Government has increased it to 30 years. (and
subsequently, OBC, SC, ST age limits also raised) Ref-circular
- Age
will be counted on 1 Aug 2017 for CGL exam 2017. (Ref-circular)
